To view your ticket history, update your tickets, or follow articles, you will need to sign in to the help center for that specific game.
Note: You'll be prompted for your email address if you submit a ticket while not signed in.
To submit a ticket, you will want to sign in to your Wizards Account in the upper right-hand corner of the help center.
If you don't have a Wizards Account, you can create one here, or download the MTG Arena client. Please keep in mind that a Wizards Account is not a Magic Online account you use to log into the Magic Online client, or a Organized Play Account that you use to participate in in-store events.
